Tilt Steering columb problem
I'm a newbee at this so I was wondering if anyone could tell me whare I could get detailed instructions on how to tighten the bolts on my tilt steering columb in my '70. I've tried a couple of times to no avail. I get all of the turn signal stuff out of the way and I am stopped dead. I can't get to the tilt bolts that are loose. The book I have gives me a breakdown of all most of the parts, but not very good step by step on taking it apart. Any help would be great.

i'm pretty sure you have to pull the directional signalhousing cover off off and you need a special puller for that (GM part#J-22708)
