I wonder how many trips that truck has made to the grain elevator? My dad had a '52 like that. Same color and all. His didn't have a lift. Brings back alot of memories.

That's a good looking truck but i'm right there with Coyoterun in that I'd bet that it worked pretty hard sometime in it's life with that pretty serous hoist on it and the different tail gate. I was just looking at my 1-1/2 ton today thinking that it would look good that color.

That truck was made to work. What else would you buy a one ton for? Still a cool rig even if it was worked hard. Would be nice if it had a fish bowl cab though.
