How do you do this??
I think I know the answer...just hoping it might not be. I wanted to replace the rubber seals on my vents, and was sortof surprise when the package with seals that look like this.
Any of you ever do yours? I figure I'm gonna have to drill the rivets out, right? Then what...get new rivets or will some small bolts & nuts work better? Appreciate any suggestion. Thanks

mmmmmmmmm...looks like a gasket sandwich. I would drill out the old rivets and then replace with pop rivets.
