Air Ride HELP!!!

So I am wanting to run the accuair system on my 69 C10 LWB, I have some questions I am hoping!!! someone can help me with. I have a single 3 gallon tank, a single viair 450C compressor, 4 single port double convoluted bags, and the bag plates are all made by *****************. My question is what fittings do I need to purchase? I am trying to have everything there before I strip it all apart? Did anyone do something similar and have a list of the fittings they used? This help would be greatly appreciated!

The item you don't list are valves.
You need 8 individual valves or some type of block valve to control all 4 corners of the truck individually.
Here's a drawing that will help.

There is no specific listing of fittings.
Every set up is different.
I suggest 1/4"-3/8" air line.
Use only DOT approved fittings.
These can be purchased on line or at local semi/big rig supply stores.
Also retail stores like Fastenal can order them in for you.
Again,... use only highway approved DOT fittings and you will have no issues.
Loctite 545 is perfect to use on any threaded connections.
I like using "swivel" 90 degree fittings in the air bag itself.

Run alll air lines away from exhaust or any other heat source.
Sharp edges in frame thru holes need to be avoided with the use of rubber grommets on the air lines.
(wrapping the air line in rubber fuel line works also)

Main fittings would be the 4 elbows (swivel 90's) for the bags themselves and then it really depends on how you route the lines after that. The only other definites are tank fittings (1/2" to 3/8" I believe either straight or 90's) and fittings for any water trap. The accuair valve has push in fittings built in already...

I'd suggest getting all the parts and mounting them in the places you want them and then creating your fittings list. The bags are easy, 90* swivel elbow as mentioned but for a clean run the tank is gonna require a bit of thought.

If you can find a local place for fittings it is worth it. For me being able to look at the setup and visualize how the lines are gonna go made it easy to then head to the store.

FWIW that Accurair setup would look real clean with hard lines and I recently learned that copper tubing can be used on the PTC fittings. Just a thought!

Because my truck is at my fathers house while I am off at college, I need to know the fittings before hand as we have an agreement that I can do whatever I want, just as long as when I leave again it is able to drive, so most times trying to order something while I am there after however much work has been done doesn't really work out. As for the manifold block with the accuair system, you have to purchase that ON TOP of the controls, as I have recently learned, and which is often left out of the conversation, so thank you lolife for bringing that up.... Currently looking to piece it all together as I don't have 1150 to drop on a control set up, here i come switches......
