gota start some where
Well here is my project C-10 so I have somthing to work on for the winter, I put my spare work/winter beater truck a 97 tahoe on craigs list for sale or trade for c-10, well as it turned out a guy I know from town seen it and wanted to trade me for one of his c10 projects that he had already started so after a little back and forth we struck up a deal and i went and loaded up the c10. He had already striped it to the frame and sprayed bed liner on the frame, I would of rather used the POR 15 that i did my chevelle with.
The 6 cyl was swaped out for a fresh built 350 with a miled cam, dual plain intake, summit racing holly nock off carb and headers backed by 3spd trany new clutch. put a small C noch in frame and droped it 5 in the rear and 4" in the front. The 70 C-10 was 4 wheel manual drum breaks so did a power breaks with a disc break conversion in the front, some day i will get the rear as well. Lots of work to be done yet and parts to order, i think baging it will be first on the list its just not as low as i would like to see it.

weather wasnt to bad today so i rolled the old girl out side and did some work on her. took the bed off and set it up on my deck. the wife loved that one but what can you do grage isnt big enough and i didnt want it in the dirt lol. found a bad spot in the left trailing arm nice size rust hole gues i will just have to buy four link bars, that will solve that

Re: gota start some where
got 2 good scores today off craigs list one was a brand new front fender for 50 bucks and the other was a step side bed in good condition that dosent have the ugly spare tire cut out in driver fender like mine does for 300 that shur beats payn 500 plus shipping for one new step side fender. and I im still waitn for a guy to get back to me on a narowed ford 9 inch, that would be sweet put some real wide meats under the back.
