What are some good products to strip or digress my 350? And does anyone have any ideas on color to paint my 350? (send pics if you can)

Seen people use oven cleaner for degreasing. Simple Green works for me.
I'd paint it red, but that's just me. Black is a popular color. |

No pics here. Though I'm partial to chevy orange on older ones, look into corp blue on newer.
Degreasing, I like Castrol Super-Clean, Greased lightning, Simple Green
