Keisler overdrive

has anyone on here used a Keisler overdrive replacement trans? I currently have a 350 engine with a Muncie 4 speed (from a 67 chevelle). in order to make the truck more travel friendly I am considering a 5 speed overdrive. I want bullet proof reliability. Your input woould be appreciated.

here is a link

here is the truck I am putting it in

Re: Keisler overdrive

Good looking truck. The white knobs on the vents are a nice touch.

Re: Keisler overdrive

I've looked into these and talked to them. They are built for power and I believe they'd be a good transmission for these trucks. My budget forces me to go with the M22 I have. I realize I'll be in the slow lane or be buying a lot of fuel. I have considered how much my trans is worth and how far that would go towards a Keisler, though. Hmmm.....

Re: Keisler overdrive

Can't give you an opinion on the transmission, but I can give you kudos for a really sharp truck.
