Looking for new steel wheels
I have been looking for new 16" 8 lug steel wheels that I can use my stock caps on. I know I can find them in the bone yard but I prefer new. My trouble is I'm having trouble finding vender's that sell them, was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks.

You're better off finding a used set.
I got a set of new F*rd rims from Rockauto.com. They turned out to be Chinese knockoffs. The hubcap nubs were just a hair off, but off enough where the hubcap wouldn't fit. It would go over 3 of the nubs but not the 4th.

I bought a set around here at a place called Standard Wheel & Rim. It was a while ago,but they supply wheels for commercial vehicles,equipment,trailers,as well as other chassis related parts. I need to call them and see what they still can get. I actually never used the set I bought and had powder coated. I bought those when I got a set of 9.75 x 16.5s. That's where I always bought those. When I got those wide wheels they were sold as trailer wheels,but as I told the counterman who questioned my use on a truck,trailer wheel specs exceed those of motor vehicles.
