window Washer pump motor replacement 1998 C3500 Crew Cab

Is there something special to remove the window wash tank? I see one bolt on the fill tube and one on the fender well but with these removed it still does not want to come out?

You have to remove the wiper arms from the motor itself. I'll see if I can find a picture for you to describe it better.

You can see where the wiper arms attach to the motor. If you take the cowl off of the truck you can see inside there better.

I took the cowling off and all I find is the hoses, coming from the washer bottle and spray tips. The wiper drive motor is mounted on the fire wall in the engine compartment. No sign of the washer pump motor?

Thanks for the help 21 has to be the wash pump motor and I have removed bolts 14 and 17 so it looks like 24 or 25 must be holding it in.

25 is the tank itself, and 24 is a windshield solvent retainer grommet. On the left of where the pump motor is mounted looks like it may be a couple of bolt holes in the washer container.

I did not know what 24 and 25 were but I hoping the clip holder looking piece (25) might be holding it. I saw the in dents you are talking about and hoped that they were not involved. The only way I can think to get to them would be thru the headlights.
