Horn Insanity..

I just recently got all the parts to fix my horn. The truck came with a grant wheel, and I even got the install kit.... The problem is I can't get the freaking thing to cooperate! These are the direction I'm using...

http://www.grantproducts.com/files/i...7508-00-01.pdf

I also got items 6,9, and 11 from this page...
http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cb/full.aspx?Page=127

Seems the items from LMC are no longer required since it has a Grant wheel.. How do I install this crap so that my horn works when I push the button, instead of constantly...??
