New old stock. I have had this radio for about 30 years, so that gives you an idea of what years it might fit. Brand: Pace by Altus. AM/FM push button tuning, stereo, with 5 x 10 tuner, has fader and balance. Does Not include knobs. I do not know the application.

Shaft to shaft: 5 3/4"
Face: 4 1/2" wide X 2 7/8" high

Asking $219 shipped to the lower 48 states
