Bonspeed Issues

Anyone else have problems with Bonspeed? I've had a set of big blocks on order with them since the middle of August. I was quoted 8 weeks when I made the order which I understand sometimes these things take longer than originally quoted. It's been around 14 weeks. I call customer service, someone tells me they are going to look into it, takes down my number and I never receive a call back. Did manage to talk to a woman there once who proceeded to get an attitude and tell me they could have been delayed for late orders coming in for SEMA. Just wondering if anyone else had issues.

Why is anyone who placed a late order because of SEMA any more important than you. I don't get it.. In this economy companies should be bending over backwards to make things work for all customers. High profile or not.

Wow! Their website says 4-6 week delivery. I would want to have someone on the phone today if it has been 14 weeks. That's crazy. SEMA or not, that is too long without a personal explanation-today.

Re: Bonspeed Issues

Rick from Bonspeed just called me back, the fronts have been done, they did the wrong bolt pattern on the rear so they are having to redo them, so that coupled with the SEMA excuse from the woman, if she even had the right story, apparently puts them at 14 weeks, the rears are still 2 more weeks out

Re: Bonspeed Issues

It really wouldn't bother me that bad except my body guy has two weeks left on the cab then needs the wheels to do other modifications. He has to have my wheels with tires in my backspacing to be able to raise the bed floor, clearance the front fenders and modify my Slosh Tubz to tuck everything up nicely. So basically if I don't have them in 2 weeks like they told me today, my truck just gets to sit there till the wheels arrive. Not cool. Could push me back to where I don't make Goodguys this March and will probably definitely keep me out of the Lone Star Throwdown.
