Removing Door Window

71 Chev truck.......How do you get the window off the track? I have all the screws etc disconnected now I need to get the window out of the door but I don't know how to remove it from the track. Any help please?

Ok I figured it out from a prior post. Remove vent window first and out she comes. Thanks

I am going to assume some things on this one.
First remove the vent window assembly completely from the door.
Then remove the screws that secure the window channels the rear channel has a screw on the bottom which if I remember right is on the side of the door.
Remove the window regulator from the door.
The window glass sets into a channel that the regulator wheels slide into, there should be two slots in this channel for the wheels to come out at a certain position.
The rear window guide does not have to come out but needs to be pushed back out of the way.
This will allow the glass to be set into the bottom of the door cavity cavity so you can clear the way to remove the glass through the opening in the top of the door.
To install just reverse the above procedure
