Bed Rails
Can someone post pictures of your short bed fleetside without the bed floor installed?
My bed isn't bolted in place and I want to see how the bed is bolted to the frame and where the cross support members go on the bed. Are there insulators between the frame and bed supports? What size bolts are used to bolt the bed in place? It looks like there are only 8 of them. I think I'm missing a cross support, buy I'm not sure. There is a lot of distance between the supports on each side of the wheel wells. I'll post a picture of mine later when I get home from work. Thanks, Kevin

Re: Bed Rails
The insulators go between the bed and the frame. I have a short stepside, so I can't help on the cross members, but someone will pipe in on that.

Re: Bed Rails
There are two forward cross sills, one rear sill and one small one that goes on the rear of the wheel wells. ( I am pretty sure this is right)

Re: Bed Rails
Here's what I have going on. Really hard to get a good picture in a tight garage, so I did the best I could. Hope its clear enough. Just looks to me that the spacing between the bed supports on either side of the wheel wells look too far apart and there may be one or 2 missing. What do you think?
