Looks to be a decent enough truck, not that I would pay $45,000 The market will keep him in check.

That being said, I don't know if I would trust those welds where the frame was extended.

and its only been in the rain once...the day he took pictures at the Shell gas-m-up....them's some quality pics right there, really shows it off at it's best!
Not a bad truck really,
$45,000 is just a bit optimistic however...
