OK a Lil Help here....
I Bought a Dana 60 this summer... put it in the Garage till I had time this winter....( lemme first say I'm a noob here, an here too learn) and I knew it had some Obvious problems.... Bent Spring holders and Such but the most glaring was these Two issues.... The First Question I have is how does one Get the Knuckle Off to replace it, and Second.. where would I Get another... the Second picture is what I'm assuming is the steering control arm... to me it looks like I have to take the ring clamp off and simply bolt on to where ever it goes when i'm ready to attach it... BUT the Rubber Gasket is SHOT..... so I'm looking at replacing it... Correct?!

Re: OK a Lil Help here....
You have to hold the yoke from spinning "first pic" and take the nut in the center off then use a puller to pop it off. I used a huge pipe wrench and a puller I made out of angle iron and a 1/2 inch bolt to get mine off. I bought a new yoke off ebay for $6o plus shipping.
As far as your steering link goes, take the cotter pin out of the castle nut and take the nut off the bottom of the ball joint, then use a pickle fork to pop the ball joint out and replace all of it. I wouldn't skimp on steering. Are you going to lift the truck or is it lifted? You mite just go to crossover steering. There are several companys that have kits to do it. Hope this helps, kinda hard to describe some of this, I'm sure others will help too.

Re: OK a Lil Help here....
Ok, thought you were saying you wanted to just replace the adjuster sleave out on the steering link and leave that old ball joint end on there.
The reason I asked if you were lifting it was because some kits come with new steering components that you wouldn't have to buy. Most people buy a d60 because they want to run larger tires, rock crawl, use it a a plow truck, and so on, just seeing what your plans are for the trucks use to help you get the best bang for your buck.
