1972 Cheyenne 4x4 REAR SWAY BAR
i have a rear sway bar off my 1972 Cheyenne 4x4 . i Have not seen too many of these . This would make a perfect edition to your already cool 4x4 or 2wd leaf spring truck.

Did the factory offer front sway bars on 4x4"s before 73? It looks aftermarket to me because the mounts look like they clamp to the frame not something the factory would do. IMO |

I've never seen one on one on a 72 or older. I've been asked if I had any of them by guys alot. Pretty neat!!!

the sway bar was sold to Budman. thanks you guys for checking it out. it's pretty cool looking. I also checked on the SPID and there was no mention of it. it has to be aftermarket. i'll post some more pictures before i ship it .

I researched and I think I have a close match for type/part number: Hellwig 7437, summit racing has a good picture of it. I checked the Hellwig catalog and it says: 73-87 Rear 4x4 sway bar. They have some decent deals on other sites. I might get one for my Blazer. I haul a med/large trailer sometimes. Good way to prevent the "death wobble".
