68 Hood Today
Off today so going to junk yard to buy a 68 hood I spotted last week. Missing the Chevy letters, but no big deal...I can get those after paint..oh ya it's all ready primered and in good shape, plus I'll grab the latch and support. Yep all for $25.00 bucks...also all ready off truck just sitting there! Going to slowly get parts to change back to 68 front and get rid of my 71 front clip. My truck is a 68 serial number ...72 although I belive it's a 67 cab...per small window and wing window handles. Anyway not sure on fenders yet, will have to look at those and the passenger side inner fender, mine has battery acid cancer and in need of another one anyway. Now the grill is another thing, a little harder to come by around here, may have to just buy that whole setup.
