Question Info for drum to disc

A while ago someone started a post concerning changing a 70 1/2t drum to disc using 3/4t lower a-arms and 88 spindles,or something similar to that.Had saved the info,but lost.Anybody got any info or link to that thread.I tried a search but wasn't able to find anything. Thanks,Mike
