Build or sell?

I've watched this sight off and on since some time in '97 when I bought my first truck. It is a '72 cheyenne long box, tilt, air, dealer cruise, very nice original pickup. I started the restoration process by buying new trim and sanding the paint to get it ready for the body shop. As you know, life happens and it got put on the backburner, and here we are 14 years later and it still isn't done. I tend to think that it really isn't worth anything as it sits and I hate to just part it out since it really is in great shape. I did find a '69 K20 that I could use the frame/axles off of and make it a more desirably configured pickup. My question is, since I would still need to get it painted (rockers and corners need redone also), would I just be throwing more time and money into a truck that wouldn't be worth much more? Glad to hear anyone's thoughts.
