Does anyone know the dimensions of a 1981 chevy regular seat bracket..or a cheap place to buy on I am needing one for my truck

These are pics of my 82 bench seat brackets. From which points on the brackets do you need a measurement?

Hat I have is a replacement bucket seat set that bolts to the old frame.... I naught the truck and the kid was in the middle of replacing the seat but lost the brackets from the old seat....so I would figure it would but the same bracket...just figured I could make one from angle iron

Im sure you can find a set of stock brackets in the junkyard or CL for next to nothing.

the 89 burb seats i put in my jimmy were 16 inches wide(bar to bar)
i had to push up the foam to get bolts in threw the "bars"

i hvae looked everywhere cant find one... i have a seat its sort of the bench seat with the bucket seats all on one fram with the center console (cupholder and storage ) all on one frame but they can move sepretaly...... so it sits on the old frame sort of hard to explain.... so i am going to try and build the frame..lol thanks for the help and sorry for so long of post

ok go back to work tomorrow night looking to make the bracket....any ideas of what i should make the bracket like deminsions?? anything

no i dont have those seats....i am looking for a set of stock brackets to hold down a bench seat... just like the forst pics re in this thread
