Shaved door handle kit

Can anyone recommend a kit they or someone they know may have used for shaved handles? Not sure of the right lb solenoid to go with. Thanks

There is some info here...

You can also type the words Door Popper into the Google search box at the top of the page, click on the circle in front of "67-72chevytrucks.com", and click on the Google button. you will find a lot of info that way.

Re: Shaved door handle kit

It is not necessary to spend the big bucks on a kit!

On my burb, I used the GM Door-lock solenoids used out of an 88 Camaro as pulls for the inside door handle linkage and they are plenty strong (in fact, I wouldnt be surprised if some of the kits use these)
They are a two wire setup which uses reversed polarity to either push or pull and because of this, you can used multiple switches, hooked in parallel on the negative side of the circuit to trigger a certain door from multiple switch locations.
