I am looking for the same thing that noone seems to have laying around. Try Classic Parts or America or GM Parts Direct. Are you looking for one off of a mechanical bell housing or hydrolic bell housing?

Re: WTB - SM465 bellhousing clutch access cover.

Well, I was going to take this WTB down today as I found a new one.

NewGMParts.com part number 6263757

After placing the order, here is what they emailed me:

We are very pleased to inform you that even though the COVER you have ordered has been discontinued by GM and taken out of production, we have located your part at one of our Vintage parts warehouses. The price is $37.87 now, plus shipping. Including shipping your total due will be $ 51.86. Please note that vintage parts are non returnable. Please confirm that you wish for us to proceed with your parts order. We thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you very soon.

According to UPS, the cover is waiting for me at home today.

OUCH!!!!!!!!!!! Twice as much as I paid for the bell housing itself!!!!! I know a guy that might have one or two of these laying around but, I haven't heard from him in about (2) months. The part numbers I found on these were the one you have listed as well as 340254

Re: WTB - SM465 bellhousing clutch access cover.

Yeah, I think that 340254 was superseded by the one I listed.

The listed price on the web site came back originally at like $15.97 which isn't too bad. But even at $40 is cheaper than my time and gas running around Phoenix trying to find one. I just need it to keep dust, water and mud out, as I live three miles down a dirt road. I hadn't noticed the PO did not put it back until I was installing headers a couple of weeks ago. Figured it would be real easy to get a used one. Not!

Now use your new expensive cover as a template and make 4 cheap ones to sell. Walla! Entrepreneurship at its finest. Gota give me mine at 1/2 price though for the idea.
