fishplate or replace the perch(s)
So before I start grinding I wanted to see if it would be easier just to grind out the rivets and bolt in a new perch and or perches....has anyone done this and how hard? Looks as if the bolts will have to com up through the spring support..for the 2 on the bottom....

The rivets come apart pretty easy with a sharp air hammer.

x2, How in depth do you want to get? If I had a good set of perches I'd use them, if I didn't, I'd repair what's there.
