Complete A/C system from '74 C10
This the complete (and I mean complete) A/C system from my '74 C10. Everything is included, down to the nuts, bolts, vacuum lines, everything. This system worked good before the R12 leaked out (before I bought the truck). The truck now haas a Vintage Air gen IV system installed, so this is the whole original system, less the ducts needed to integrate the VA system into the truck. The compressor, lines, brackets, condenser, evaporator, everything. It takes up 2 large boxes, plus the condenser, so local pickup in Richardson (DFW) TX would probably be best. Looking for $150, but will ship on your dime.
edit- I have pics, but they don't seem to want to upload. I can email them on request, but honestly, they look like a bunch of parts in boxes.

I woudl guess shipping would be somewhere around $100, as it will take at least 3, but probably 4 boxes. Depending on how much of it you want, it might be cheaper to pare it down a bit.

Please send me some pictures of your a/c setup. I will take it,pending the components I need are there. Shipping is not important as long as components are there that I need.

Re: Complete A/C system from '74 C10
basically I could use the compressor, all the brackets, under the hood wiring inc idle step up solenoid. and the main hose that connects to the compressor to the accumulator and the other goes to the condeser from the compressor . my truck has a compressor and the return line to the evap. only other thing i can think of is the the main cross duct under the dash from the air box.. (but im sure you are using it) not sure if you posted pix as I am at work and it gets "filtered"
I think what i need should fit in 2 med size boxes... look at the pics so u can see what im missing or my link http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...n+green&page=2

Re: Complete A/C system from '74 C10
Jonboy..nice 74 now you have me thinking of doing what you did on your 74... thats a slick set up
but i think the OE stuff would be easier n cheaper any idea on price to 14625? compressor with all brackets.., and lines inc suction to the compressor then compressor to condenser on drivers side wiring etc... by condenser seems to be good to go.

Glimmer, here are the pics of what I have. If you didn't want the compressor, you would save a pantload on shipping. That sucker is heavy!! $50 + shipping sound fair?
