Cool lowering shock ?

I have a 81 c10 lowered 4/6 iknow in the rear i have to run drop shocks but in the front they apear to be stock so my ? Is can i run stock shocks in front or r droped ojes needed

How does it ride? When I lower trucks, I always run lowered shocks in front and back. Shock extenders in the rear might work too.

The best way to answer the question correctly is to measure your specific application for the amount of travel you have w/your current combo of parts. The fronts are easy to just relocate the upper mount higher on the frame-rail & use a stock p/n replacement shock.

This is my first lowered truck so i have nothing to compare the ride too the rear already has drop shocks installed i pulled a shock of and its a gabrial or something like that seems to be a stock replacement

You'll need a bracket.

The stock stud needs to be @ an angle & can't be 90° to the frame which is where it would be if you just raised it. Of course, if you're making your own upper bracket, there's no reason you couldn't design the required angle into a different style of bracket & use the stud.
