Got my old 3 speed manual tranny back from the shop today, whats the best oil?
What should I refill my 3 speed with? Old school gear oil? Or new stuff like royal purple, Lucas, redline, etc.?

90wt and i add powerpunch to mine .or the lucas additive cause i had a bottle laying around spilling .
