I wish it was. What I would LOVE to see is a Trooper giving a ticket for driving in the left lane when not passing.

First,you would have to teach them to read.Then it would have to be an automated text since they're looking at their phone instead of the road.

It would be nice if they would just make it somewhat clear. In many states I see signs that say "Keep right Except to Pass" in Texas the signs read more like a polite suggestion "Slower Traffic Keep Right"

We need a sign on a stretch of I-35 from Ottawa to k.c. Thats says....No slowpokin in the fast lane.

I crossed into West Virginia and saw a speed limit sign that said 70. Under it on cardboard it said "Clemsen 33"

I recently did a 2,000 mile round trip, and it's just hard to believe how many idiots are out there.

I lost count of how many times there would be a car or truck riding along in the passing lane going right at or a few mph slower than the speed limit, with a clear right hand lane, with car after car having to pass them on the right to get around.

And my other huge highway pet peeve is going to piss off our truck drivers... I absolutely can not stand it when one truck tries to pass the other going up a hill, and they both end up going 10-15mph under the speed limit until the truck on the left finally gets enough steam going right after the top of the hill to pass. Why oh why is it so bad to ride behind another truck? Time after time after time after time they end up side by side trying to go up the hill anyway with 20 cars jammed up behind the truck on the left.

Absolutely! Driving around the country I have noticed the further you get away from the major urban hubs the more people follow those signs' guidelines.

I agree with this too, I have noticed most of the "lane hogs" are near the towns - of course there are more vehicles there too, but when you're driving "out-in-the-country" people usually keep to the right.

That's NOT true around here !!!

We're 45 miles from the next major city and the idiots still plug up the 4 lane divided highways, camping in the left, driving side by side and taking 2 miles to pass.

Since we don't have exits, I re-worked the last sign.....

That signs also needs a sub clause; Make your Pass promptly, no lolly gaggling about at a couple miles over the limit taking umpteen miles to make a pass. Use the throttle and get it over with.
