NY WTB: Need few misc parts

I need a few small pieces:

I need one locking tab as pictured for a bench seat track. (borrowed picture.)


I need two of these bolts. These are zinc plated bolts with a serrated washer. They used them to mount horns and gounr wires to the radiator support. Two gas tank mount bolts would work too.
