Re: Where to buy?

Radiator can be purchased locally, have you tried NAPA or RockAuto?

I find their prices are lower than most, LMC always seems to have cheap stuff, but that is me. Good luck

Re: Where to buy?

Several members have bought the Champion aluminum radiators on e-bay with great success. You might try that.

Re: Where to buy?

I found an all aluminum radiator online, not eBay, but it was cheap, like 170bucks cheap so I was wary of that. Any ideas on fuel lines? I was intending on buying a tank and sending unit through LMC, but I'd REALLY like to relocate the tank to under the bed.. What's the best direction to head in here?

Re: Where to buy?

Best option for the tank is to get one from David Boyd here on the board. You can go through local parts house and get some 3/8ths hard fuel line to run. I have a champion radiator and like it very much, mine is a 3 core and was somewhere around $200, which is about what you will pay for a copper one too.

Re: Where to buy?

For a 250, would I need a 3-core? I'll look in Dave's tank, any links?

With a 250 and living in Mass. I would think a 2 core would be fine.

Re: Where to buy?

Trucks not going to be driven much, I'm kind of rushing to get the thing running and driving for early summer in memory of my father. This year marks the 10th year since he passed away, the truck was his..

Re: Where to buy?

I'll agree with the 2 core, look in the parts section, under vendors and search for Boyd, you should find it, he usually does a group buy in the spring. Great story, love the family ties
