Chevy 250/2bbl carb - Timing

I'm curious about what you 250 2bbl carb users have your timing set to. Mainly because I have a holley sitting to the side that likes to bog down during heavy load but idles great. Thanks in advance for the help because I really want to get this rusty beauty back on the road.

Re: Chevy 250/2bbl carb - Timing

I forgot to mention that it is a progressive carb with an HEI distributor. Other than that its stock with a recent valve job. Thanks.
