Manual vs Power MC 4-Wheel Discs (Wilwood etc..)

Looking for some advisement on MC when running 4-Wheel Disc Brakes:

Current Set-up:
- Front : ECE Drop/Disk Brake Kit
- Rear: CaptFab D52 brakes (with the astro van rotors and caddi e-brake calipers)

I know I need a Disc/Disc Prop Valve and MC, just wondering which is the best setup and ease of installation when it comes to power vs. manual

Manual Disc:
- Seems simpler route
- The Truck is a 250 I6 with the 3-speed on the column so I've seen issues with the power brake booster clearance
- Corvette MC : 1" bore , vettes ran manual masters, cheaper route from the Wilwood but does the Wilwood offer any performance gains?
- Wilwood MC : Both lollife99 on Ginger, and N2Billet on Hazel are running these manual masters, but lollife hasnt had his on the road yet to comment on performance

- I like the manual disc idea just read the "horror" stories of driveability

Power Disc
- Tons of people offer various kits and setups but which is the best bet?
- CaptFab even offers a adapter bracket for new model boosters but wondering what setup would be best used for that

I have four wheel disc cross drilled rotors with wilwood calipers and a manual master cylinder from wilwood with proportioning valve from wilwood also. I have put over 200 miles and the brakes work "PERFECT" and the engine bay looks awesome without that bulky booster..It stops really good pedal feels great.

I've actually been following both yours and raull's progress on your trucks
- both are looking great
- loving the direction both of you took (just partial to raull's because its a fellow stepper )

Any additional detail you can provide on yours?
- Bore size / model number
- Vendor

Also wondering about how the pedal/push rod fitment and brakes lines went.

Let me know if this info is in your build thread - search didnt work and I didnt spot it within the first few pages front and back

No mounting issues at all other than having to make new brake lines. I will get you the exact part number I bought I bought the same one that both Keith used.

Thanks, looks like the current plan is to run the Wilwood manual master cylinder and prop valve and avoid the power swap at this stage.
- Front: ECE disk kit
- Rear: Captfab D52 brackets/Astro Rotor

Ill have to do some more research for the bore size to get but I believe the 4-wheel manual disc corvettes ran a 1" bore

Hey Cericd - I did go with the Wilwood Master set-up but im currently measuring for wheels so I have not been able to drive it yet.

But here's my final result from my research:
- Front: Wilwood D52's
- Rear: Wilwood D154 e-brake kit for the C10 (decided I needed an e-brake and had zero luck finding the eldorado calipers with the much needed brackets and the re-pop ones were just as expensive and still have the leaking and adjustment issues as the factory caddi calipers so I went with Wilwood for the same price as it was going to cost me to stay GM)
-Master Cylinder: 1" Bore Wilwood - Wilwood Tech Dept confirmed this is what I needed and it works with the stock mounting holes and stock pushrod, it is also compatible with a power booster if I decide that manual brakes just arent enough - but I do believe I will be happy with the full manual setup as I have it.

What has been your opinion on this setup after driving with it awhile, would you still have gone with the manual setup over a power unit?

How does the Wilwood ebrake cable kit work with the trailing arm brackets, any install pics?
