New to the C-10 forum

Hey all !!! Glad to finally have signed up for the forums. I've been around custom bike, boats and trucks my entire life. I raced BMX nationally from 84-91 until my dad brought home my first project. A 69' El Camino SS, 396 with a Muncie 4spd. After the muscle car came an 84' Toyota 4x4 that I lifted 13" on 44's and backed up to the Colorado river every Saturday and Sunday. As soon as I wore out my first set of tires and couldn't afford a new set I sold the Toyota and bought a 61' VW beetle. Lowered it and primed it grey with white doors. At the time patina wasn't cool and two tones were. I was the second owner of that car and regret letting it go all the time. Had a 60' 15 window bus and a magazine featured 59' Euro Ragtop. At the time I was working at Street Beat Customs in the era of the fast and the furious and bagged a 98' Nissan frontier. It had 1/2" valves and 15w coils. I would fill my nitrogen bottle 2 times a week, once on Monday and once on Friday. I ran my regulator at 660psi and would hop it every chance I had. I finally was making decent money and bought an 02' Ram when the new crew cab short bed 1500 came out. That was my first and last Chrysler product. It was of course lowered on 20's but it cracked a head at 13k and the dealer blamed it on my intake. Fast forward to 05' and I picked up a crew cab short bed 1500 silverado. 4/6 Mcgaughys drop with helper bags, 22's and all the bolt on horsepower. I beat the hell out of that truck and it never once quit on me. Currently my daily is a little Toyota pickup and an 07' Tahoe. The Tahoe's 4wd but has a Mcgaughys 2/3 Drop on 20" Silverado LTZ wheels. I'm itchin for a new project and find myself huntin craigslist for C-10's and 2dr Tahoe's. That pretty much sums me up.
