TBI Trucks with Saddle Tanks Question
Afternoon everyone. I have a question. Its about the TBI trucks with Saddle Tanks. Did they have the EFI Fuel Pumps in the Tanks? If so, how did they go about switching the power to the fuel pumps when switching between tanks?
Thanks in advance

Re: TBI Trucks with Saddle Tanks Question
Yes they are in the tanks. They get power through the change over valve if i'm not mistaken.

Re: TBI Trucks with Saddle Tanks Question
I installed a 454 tbi engine in my 79 dually, There are pumps in both tanks. The change over valve and switch are different from the carb'd version. You can order the parts for a 87-91 R/V truck. Good luck, Ron

Re: TBI Trucks with Saddle Tanks Question
I ordered everything for a 91 R30 dually with a 454 TBI and a 465/205 and 3.73 gears, including the prom for the computer. I also replaced the fuel tank sending units. Ron
