1st truck.. that kind of newb!

Hello everyone! Saturday I drove home a 1968 Chevy C10 and was smiling the entire way! It belonged to my grandfather a couple years ago but he sold it to the guy I bought it from. On Christmas Eve I was wasting time on craigslist searching for stuff I didn't need when I searched for "turbo" and I recognized the 13th ad immediately. I went to look at it on Christmas and was allowed to make three payments of $500 so I could leave my 401k money alone.

It's not in the best of shape (price was $1500) but I wasn't worried about that too much, it was my grandfather's and it runs. It has a 2brl topped 327 with a TH400, PS, PB, and heat. Mechanically, it needs plug wires, hood and passenger side door hinges, it's own battery, and front springs, which I might take the opportunity to lower it just a tad. The bedliner isn't the right size as it hangs over the side, so I'm thinking about a spray-in liner. I'd like to keep it close to the way it is now but we'll see, I'd like to get a set of rally's though!
