Cool 4WD to 2WD

Anyone know if 2WD and 4Wd frames are interchangable?

The frames are different but you can convert a GMC 2wd to 4wd the GMC already have leaf spring rear or if you want to convert a 4wd to 2wd that would be easy just remove the front spring hangers and bolt in a 2wd cross member then just remove the factory lift blocks from the rear and loose the transfer case .

the frames are close to the same i changed 2wd frame to 4wd and left the trailing arms in the rear just for flat track mud racing.A days job piece of cake.

The K series frames are deeper from the front of the cab to the rear where the frame starts to curve up. They also don't have the kick out in the frame where the coil springs would be for a C series truck.
