Want to see what the Hotchkis rear system looks like.

I am serious about making my truck handle well. I am leaning on taking all my current suspension off to replace it with the new Hotchkis system but am wondering what the rear pieces look like.

If anyone can post a pict or two of the rear system of their installed Hotchkis system I would be appreciative.

Re: Want to see what the Hotchkis rear system looks like.

It looks like they've changed the design of the anti-squat brackets since these pictures were taken. I just tried to install mine on Saturday, and my brackets are wider, and I believe the holes are located on a radius(as they should be) instead of straight in-line with each other like in the pictures.

My brackets being wider caused a problem. There is a crease/break that runs vertical in the stock crossmember that the stock bracket sits right beside(to the outside of the bracket). Because the Hotchkis bracket is wider, it sits across that crease/break, and does not sit flush on the crossmember.

I have sent them an email, and am waiting for a reply. I suppose there's a possibility that I received a bracket for another application somehow, but I doubt it, because they provided a spacer for either side of the trailing arm to make up for the additional width when you bolt your trailing arms in.

Otherwise, it's a pretty sweet kit. The front control arms are truly a piece of art, wait until you get your hands on a set of those! I hope it feels good on the road!

Cool. I have heard hotchkis is really good at customer service and would expect a prompt reply.

Good info though

That orange truck has me tearing my entire chassis down to bare metal and starting over.
