I'm thinking about buying a sand blaster, one to use outside. I don't need anything special or high dollar. I'm just thinking about doing some my parts off my blazer and was wondering what would be a decent one for me to get. I know nothing about these. I have a 2 stage air compressor to use. I was looking at Harbor Frieght ones, like I said not wanting to dump a bunch of money in one. I had a cabinet one and didn't use it much so I sold it. Thanks for any help, Randy

Randy, check out badboyblasters on e-bay. I got mine from them and so did a buddy of mine. ALOT better than the $99 swap meet specials. I have had mine for a couple of years already.

I have this one from harbor freight. This thing is great for small parts, and even some bigger stuff. I run it at about 70 to 80 psi.

Here is the one i picked up. Stands 32" tall. I couldn't find a number on it.

Randy, I currently have one of these. I've used the snot out of it and it works great. The best part to me is you can get replacement parts for it and you don't have to special order them. That was my buggest problem with previous ones we had. I run this one at around 140psi but you can run it at 90psi and be fine. I like the bigger ones so you can get more time blasting and not refilling.

Make sure you drain the moisture from your compressor while using the blaster heavily and a air/water filter never hurts.

Yep, thats the same one I have. harbor freight has them for around 80 bucks and they work great.
