1962 Steering wheel
I am purchasing a steering wheel and need to be refurbished. What coating or paint needs to be applied for color?

I spray mine with base/clear, just did one last night.

I agree with Rogue..And any good bodyman/shop can repair any cracks, etc with an epoxy type filler (there are threads on here about wheel repair) and paint it like a body panel..maybe a little epoxy primer, then base color of your choice, and clear. btw, you can do solid body wood guitars with the same materials
