Appliance Finewires - If you can manage to find a set in good condition...well, that would be a find. If you have any questions Smoke_Dog or anyone else, feel free to ask.

They don't make the wires anymore, so you'll have to score some on Craigslist or ebay.

Tru-Spoke is still in business, at least as of a couple years ago.

That said, Tru-Spokes don't really look like Fine Wires, other than maybe a passing resemblance.

One of my uncles worked for a company that was a distributor for Appliance and Superior wheels. Just about every vehicle he owned (including his boat trailer LOL) had Fine Wires on it.

I would love to know what the color actually is called. I have prepped a 66 for that color with a tan cream top.

I don't like step sides, and i don't like the round headlight trucks. But that truck is sex on wheels with the wires on it! I absolutely love the '70s look!!!

I never care'd for wire's less they're on '64 Impala, never care'd for step side's, never care'd for brown, never care'd for round head light's. but see'n it together in one package,,,,,,,, your truck look's awsome with either set of wheel's.

I love them all, but that BROWN is off the chain! Those rims are also! I remember that Co call Superior!!! I purchased some rims for my 86 Maxima from them or I should say the Killian Brothers located on Springs Road Hickory, N.C. while on leave! Great Company!!!

Beautiful truck man! What color is the interior dash and panels? My truck is Cordova brown w/ buckskin stripe but my interior is buckskin and yours is something darker. Is it dark saddle or?
