Door panels for a '65

Has anyone ever tried to custom make these? I want to get rid of the home-made jobbies I have now for something a little more tasteful but notice with these doors that alot of the guts are not inside the door like they are on the newer trucks of today... hence my ideas for making them out of wood are all but gone.

TIA

Thanks Demmit. I looked at their site and the panels are sweet but slightly out of budget at the moment. I managed to pick up a set of steel ones off an old 64 last weekend. I'll work with these till I can get nice ones.
