Thanks, Yes I am going to keep the old school wheels. In my eyes this trucks don't look right with big wheels. but everyone has his own views. I have a long way to go I haven't started on the body work yet.

That front suspension looks well detailed- as does the engine. Body looks very straight!

Did I hear you say BODY WORK? Oh, boy...you're in for a lot of fun! Post back if you're doing the work or if someone else is doing it. Looks like a great build. Casey

I like your attitude on not cutting corners! That's the same approach I'm taking with mine. I would agree, that body looks pretty straight.

Re: My 71 Cheyenne

I am doing the body work and Paint myself. The truck was originally White but someone paited it Blue, they shot everything including the interior. So I am stipping all of the paint down to bare metal and starting over. there is no rust in this truck rocker panels and cab corners are solid. I am taking it back to the Original color of White. have got interior all stripped and primed.

Re: My 71 Cheyenne

My one question Is the Cheyenne Came with side molding as part of the package. Did the PO take off the molding and fill the holes if he did that will be fun pulling that stuff back on.I'm not one for after market but i find one that has factory side molding and have it redone. The repop stuff dose not really fit that well here is what my 1971 Cheyenne looks like
