53 chassis
I am doing s10 swap. The 53 chassis is in pretty good shape. I don't know what kind of shape the motor is in, looks ok. I believe the motor is from a 56. What could or should I do with the chassis and motor. Sale or scrap what would it be worth?

Re: 53 chassis
Don't scrap it. Thats a very good year for those 235's full oil pressure. If we weren't so far apart I'd buy it from you just have. Don't know about there, but here if it runs they go for $650 if not $350.

Re: 53 chassis
I paid $400 for a NICE frame for my truck.
Seems like a lot, but being able to do all my frame mods on the side and still keep the truck a drive was worth gold. I looked a few cheaper ones, but they were rustier than what was under the truck and at that point I might as well just tear it apart and use what I had. |
