brakes and wheels help please

i found a disc brake kit with drop spindles from POL but the bolt pattern is 5x5 and then i found a rear disc conversion but the bolt pattern on that is 5x4.75. the rims i have are 18x9.5 and 19x12 with a 5x4.75 bolt pattern. so the rear disc conversion isn't a problem but clearly the front is. does anybody have any suggestions or know where i could find a brake kit with that pattern. the wheels are from a corvette. blah blah blah somebody please point me in the right direction and i'd appreciate that!
