NP205 Ford to Chevy

This may be a real dumb question, but I need to know the answer.

Is a NP205 transfer case out of a 78 Ford Bronco exactly the same as
a NP205 out of a 78 chevy K20 ?

Are all original NP205's exactly the same ? Will they all interchange when
the correct adapter is used ?

Will the shifter from a NP203 work on a NP205 ?

No, the ford is driver's side drop.

No, there are several different versions. They are interchangeable but need some work like swamping input shafts, ext, ext.

No, they are two different beasts.
