Re: dog legg walkin
without seeing it in person it would be hard to tell. a broken or missing locating pin and loose ubolts can cause that. a worn spring eye or shackle bushing can cause that as well.

Re: dog legg walkin
Would measuring the distance between the axle centerlines to see if the passenger side is different than the driver side help?

Re: dog legg walkin
it might help confirm the problem exists. if its caused by worn bushings it can be ok at rest and change when under load. it can be dangerous to try and measure while the vehicle is in drive so i wouldn't try it myself. even then the measurement to make it track crooked can be less than half an inch difference

Re: dog legg walkin
Just had a thought: I vaguely remember that the track width on the front axle is wider than the rear; this could make it appear like it's dog trackin when viewed from one side or the other when it really isn't.
Make sure you really have a problem by looking down both sides before you try to fix it. An alignment shop that can measure rear axle thrust angle can help with that, too. K
