Installing factory gauge cluster

How hard would it be to swap in a complete factory dash with guages into a truck that was originally equipped with the basic idiot lights? Is the wiring the same or similar and its just the cluster and sending units, or would a complete dash harness from a donor truck be needed?

Re: Installing factory gauge cluster

No need for a complete wiring change unless yours has been abused. If you check GMC PAULS website he has what information you are looking for under his tips area of his site. Maybe also on this site if you do a search. Good Luck.
