Never seen this before....

I bought a 65 LWB Friday (sorry no pics yet) and it has custom cab trim, it also has a piece of chrome trim over the window channel between the window and wing window.....I have never seen this before and can't find it on the interweb anywhere. Anyone seen this before?

Nope. Thats sweet but not what I have. I need to get a pic snapped but the truck is at a buddy's shop. This trim in on the window post between the wing window and regular window

Re: Never seen this before....

A previous owner did some bizzare stuff to it so it may not be from a truck. it looks stock. this truck was hot rodded back in the day, fuzzy door panels, leather covered dash etc....

Re: Never seen this before....

I found some online that came off a '64-'66 impala, the shape looks the same but they are smooth and mine have ribs.....oh well....it looks super cool and is apparently not a common thing

Re: Never seen this before....

Nope thats not it, though I do like that trim. I am trying to post a pic now. I have solved the mystery...sorta....it's not from a truck, it's from something else and has been cut to fit but it works very well on the truck. I had my buddy send me a pic but the pic he sent is with it off the truck (one is installed while the other was loose in the cab).
