1972 C10 - Need to find strengthening screw for doors

Hi Guys,

I need some help finding a place to buy the strengthening screw that is only on the 1972 C10 model. It is on the inside of the door below the vent window division bar. Any help getting my hands on one or two of these would be appreciated.

Also, anybody that lives close to Columbia SC, I've got quite a few parts that are in good shape but not mint. Need to make some room in the garage for other things.
