Suburban B Pillar question

There is a panel beteen the b pillar and the sliding window that goes from roof to floor. It looks like it has a ton of screws. If I remove the screws does that panel just come off? At a quick glance in the dark, it doesnt seem that easy so I figured id ask.

If you need closer pics of anything while back there let me know. The only signifigance about the driver side so far is the wiring for the overhead light runs from the floor to the roof through there.
